Barcode scanner
Scan a package barcode to add it to your grocery list, without typing a product name.

How it works
1
From the grocery list, tap the barcode icon and point the camera at a product’s barcode.
2
ChopCue looks it up against Open Food Facts and UPCitemdb.
3
A match pre-fills the item’s name; if nothing is found, you can type the real name directly instead of a dead end.
Why it matters
Coverage is genuinely strongest in Europe and the US, which is an honest limit rather than a bug, but for the products it does recognize, it turns "what is this jar actually called" into a two-second scan instead of typing it out by hand.
